**Shipping Policy**
**Order Processing**
All orders are processed within **3–5 business days** after payment confirmation. For custom or large bulk orders, production lead times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
**Shipping Methods & Destinations**
We ship internationally, with primary markets including North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia. Due to the size and weight of our furniture products, all shipments are handled via **freight forwarding (LCL or FCL sea freight)** or professional large-item logistics providers.
For smaller items or samples, express courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx) may be available upon request.
**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, destination, and chosen logistics method. A shipping quote will be provided prior to order confirmation. For large B2B orders, freight terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be agreed upon in the purchase contract.
**Delivery Timeframes**
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- North America: 25–40 business days (sea freight)
- Europe & UK: 25–35 business days (sea freight)
- Southeast Asia: 10–20 business days (sea freight)
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, port congestion, or other logistical factors outside our control.
**Customs & Import Duties**
Buyers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. We recommend consulting your local customs authority or freight forwarder for estimated costs prior to placing your order.
**Freight Damage**
We carefully package all items to minimize transit damage. In the event of freight damage, please document the damage upon delivery (photos/video) and notify us within **48 hours** of receipt at alfred@marenfurniture.com. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
**Order Tracking**
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the relevant shipping documentation and tracking information (e.g., Bill of Lading for sea freight shipments).
